I'm regularly surprised by how old my peers look. My peers are regularly surprised by how old I feel.
It's a whole thing.
They all say they feel like they're 20 years old. I don't. I feel like I'm middle-aged.

I kinda get it, especially since I'm kinda starting out again, kinda like I was in my 20s. It kinda sucks, but I'm hoping to not make the same mistakes again, so... 🤷♂️
No, they mean that they feel as fit and energetic as in their 20s.
