I woke up this morning and had this in my mind. Man food FTW. I remember that my father had it often especially the morning or night after he was drunken. It's basically what we call 'Strammer Max'. Bread, ham and fried eggs. I added some chopped fresh parsley and chopped raw garlic on top and a few drops hot sauce. Yummy!

Yeah but I don't eat toast since years. Toast is the worst bread you can eat. Just plain white flour.
