When someone uses the term “honestly” or “truthfully” in conversation, that’s a red flag.

It reveals that their typical modus operandi is to lie, otherwise there would be no need for the “honestly” distinction.

Same goes for describing certain coins as “stable”

Depends on the person and context. Saying 'honestly' signals full frankness. You can substitute this with: 'I will be perfectly frank'.
