I wish to understand #bitcoin

Currently, I don’t understand the monetary systems and I am not proud of that, and it makes it more difficult to grasp on the fundamentals of bitcoin.

I am watching a youtube video with Anthony Pompliano and hopefully that helps me.

So far, Pomp has said that in The US, “12-15” people get together and they can determine the course of the economy not just in the US but maybe the world by saying what they’re going to do with the US dollar. In comparison, the network that powers bitcoin is fully transparent. They tell us the monetary policies decades into the future

From this point on, I am questioning what evidence is there to demonstrate to me, that one “monetary system” or “currency” is more, or less transparent, and trustworthy.

"The Bitcoin Standard" is described by Saifedean as essentially a book on Austrian Economics that is themed around Bitcoin

I handout this book to whoever in my social circles are interested in Bitcoin. Considering how much I read, I'm slightly ashamed to have not read it.
