Winning or losing is black and white thinking and with 8 billion+ individual actors in the global economy it's much more of a gradual process.
In the end we have already won, because eliminating debasement theft is the biggest win against the rent seeking class in all of human history and sets humanity on a new trajectory of growth.
Not if you can't access it
We need to become more rich to buy more politicians to make good laws so we can say we won.
But first we need to get much more rich. Currently only 2-3% of wealth is in Bitcoin and Bitcoin based businesses. It has to be over 50% for us to win in democracy (maybe we can buy politicians sooner, but not much sooner).
Yeah, but if it is the rich people holding the Bitcoin they can keep it hard to afford a UTXO and make money off lightning fees.
