Nat redirect 80/443 to nginx --> nginx reverse proxy to host you are trying to expose
My entire lan is nat’d, then I did a port forward to redirect traffic. No dice, I figured I must’ve misconfigured…

Right nat port forward 80/443 to the nginx
Have you done it with btcpay? Was fucking with their nginx container but rolled back & am questioning if I was right to do that or not.
I'm not familiar with btcpay. You only want to involve nginx (typically) if it is a web service
