Great way get your feed populated is to check the follow list of someone you like and copy a lot of it to start with
Welcome Lola . Get a profile pic is my advice to you , it doesn't have to be a pic of you obviously , but I don't know how other nostr users feel , but when I see a profile with no pic I just assume it is a bot or a lurker or something like that .
