Ukraine 🇺🇦: NATO member countries have published that Ukraine can join the military alliance "when allies agree and conditions are met".

Earlier, Zelensky said there appeared to be no "readiness" to invite Ukraine into NATO or make it a member.

Ukraine accepts that it cannot join NATO while it is at war with Russia, but wants to join as soon as possible after the fighting ends.
