So call me crazy but ive been seeing these air vent like tubes around town. Seemingly inconspicuous just look like a pole hollowed out the top is capped but there are circular holes drilled only at the end of the pole. Ive always looked at them and wondered wtf are these for. They are randomly sprinkled in the city. Ill have to take a picture and show you the next time i see one.
