Unused chocolate never goes to waste ❤️

Wait that’s "byproduct" from production?

Yep. After tempering the chocolates there is always some leftover.

Spread it out on the countertop with some parchment paper, cool and breakdown to reuse again

Very interesting… I’ve never worked with chocolate before so I enjoy the insight in to how it’s done.

It’s a skill to be developed for sure. Chocolate can certainly have a “temper” to it lol
