#mindset Or, are you able to reduce living cost? Or tax cost by moving far? Rent out something you own? Reduce a car?

Working on that. Making some changes. Did the math and I can literally eliminate about $1k a month in "lifestyle expenses". Beer, cannabis, nicotine, restaurants... I spend a lot of money on feeling good.

I’ve had a million roommates but let me tell you-it got me the eff ahead in life.

My rent is only 650 for a one bedroom. Not bad in this economy. It's one of the shittiest apartment buildings in town, but if I moved anywhere else my rent would go up 200-400 a month or more.

Oh that’s awesome, man. Get creative with trades and side hustles.

Can you trade your time or the use of something you own with someone who has something you need or use? Or can trade for something else?
