Sometimes it's Crystallized Intelligence (gc), sometimes it is knowledge of heuristics
Both enable to be right (in Darwinian Sense) without relying on data or knowledge
It is but also it can be worldly 😉
It's more how in tune you are with that intelligence.
The feelings are always there a lot of the knowledge is generational and ancestral therefore already within. But learning to recognize what the feelings and signs been are how your use of that knowledge interviews with the world.
