I don't think protocols and clients can arbitrate justice. I would say "equality of access", but people who care about equity have a long list of people they don't think should be allowed in the Commons.

If you strip the term "equity" of any current context, it means all parties are treated fairly, regardless of what is strictly required by law.
Nostr has nothing to do with that. If you apply current context back to "equity" and the people who conflate it with "social justice", Nostr actually is hostile to the way they practice "justice". If there is no way to get a mob or a trusted committee to remove someone from nostr, to them, that, to them, is unjust, because it denies certain people entitlement to emotional safety.
