GM. I flip flop all the time between extremely unhealthy eating and drinking habits and perfectly healthy eating and drinking habits. Although I guess some would say occasionally skipping lunch and dinner is sorta healthy. But this morning I had a McGriddle, a Pepsi, 4mg of nicotine 200mg of caffeine, and 100mg of ltheanine for breakfast.
Most days for breakfast is just water and the stims.
