Getting cute does not work when baking
Baking is so much harder. We’ve got a friend who’s a culinary prof and he’s been helping her learn how to make really good loaves of bread. Still working on it but it’s so much better than when we started.
Exactly! She very much cooks off of intuition and feel but baking/frying she has learned to make sure the science is paid attention to lol
