I would like to see a mining pool that operates similar to solo ck, except the hash that completes block gets only half the reward and the other half is divided up based on individual total hash added, this pool could incentivize more regular people to come together with small hash rates receiving frequent small rewards while still always having a shot at a significant reward

If a million ppl spin up 10Ths devices that don't even really use enough electricity to affect their home electric bill we could see greatly decentralized mining
