Correct. However I was asking Chriso how easy it was to do. Considering doing it or at least know how to do it if it is reinstated. If it is reinstated it will be a cluster fuck and I don’t want to get caught up in it. Have little tolerance for government at the best of times
Yes, I expect it to get reversed, it’s just a matter of time in my opinion.
We were discussing costs and if accountants were filing them for their clients or not. Some are charging lots of money some won’t file them at all. I wanted to let everyone see that it’s not hard, just need a little information and a little time and you can file it yourself.
COMMON ERRORS
*tab three should be skipped (check the box) if the LLC was in existence prior to 1/1/2024. This is a common mistake to when filling out.
*also click add (top of screen) after completing the 1st beneficial owner information (rather than next at bottom). You will want to click next thinking it will add the BO but, it adds but also advances you to the next screen. Don’t click the next button until you’re finished adding all beneficial owners.
