Ah yes, but I think you need a firearm, or some kind of proof you know how to shoot or something. Frequent bear attacks apparently.
Yes it’s required to carry outside the city. If you dont have one they will issue you one. For me it’s fine - I have my own and im a licensed firearms instructor. Thats another reason I want to go. With every single person armed there isn’t any crime. They dont even have police. Just a constable for reports.
