Yea im fine. Thx 4 askin😂 🙂 I have a mammoth gouge and a foot long 4 inch wide purple bruise on my ass. Spine feels like someone hit me on it with a bat. My left pinky finger is broken, right knee is wrenched. i have giant egg on back of my head but i will live. I will likely not be doing #100burpees for awhile.

If you hit your head and knocked yourself out you should really get checked out by a doc. Head injuries are no joke 😳
