The Ukrainian Minister of Agriculture, Mykola Solsky, accuses Russia of destroying 60,000 tons of grain stored in the port of Chornomorsk near Odessa last night. According to him, the grain was supposed to be sent two months ago as part of the "Grain Corridor" agreement with Russia. "This is an act of terrorism against the whole world," he said. "Food security is under threat again."
