I misinterpreted your question; this is regarding mint ecash to mint ecash, yes?

If so, through all my tests between mints, even on different servers, I (as mint operator) do not see where token was redeemed.

Possibly the "path" would be shown in the CLI logs, but haven't verified myself

As mint operator (and full node operator) I only see total (in sats) the inflows and outflows of all funds

- no user identity

- no user balances

Its quite impressive to me

Glad you brought this up. I missed a very important comment yesterday when responding. I have found this only works IF you have already added the mint to your wallet, PRIOR to attempting to receive any ecash from said mint.

You MUST TRUST the mint first before you can accept offline. This is what I've found.

Trust is so important

If you're just trying to accept ecash without adding the mint first, it'll prompt to add the mint, then generate an invoice to receive (not what I want for said test)

steps imo

- add mint first

- then scan qr/paste token to receive strictly ecash only.

Just my experience so far, could be wrong. Hope this helps
