One way to mitigate the inherent human bias in the grant selection process is to make it transparent: let everyone see what the nostr committee and the board are voting while at the same time respecting the privacy of those asking for grants. It's only fair for donors to know where their sats are going.
This would change the votes for the worse for sure

What about giving to the public: project, vote tallies and reasons for vote without saying who is who.
