I haven't listened to this yet, but I ran the numbers on real eatate vs. gold for the last 25 years. Real estate doesn't even beat analog gold.

Real Estate investing is rent seeking bullshit, but you're better off using your down payment to stack sats.

I own a home. It bleeds sats, but I can't live in a node and my family is too big to live in a trailor. Real estate is good for shelter, not investing.
