Becoming the best in the world at one thing is not as fulfilling as being good in several key areas of life.

Humans didn’t evolve for isolated excellence. I’ve studied the stories of many of the world’s top individuals, and a clear pattern emerges: when you focus on only one thing and push it to the extreme, life itself becomes a distraction.

Instead, becoming efficient in the key areas of life — physical, mental, communication, wealth, and purpose — allows you to create a fulfilling and interesting life.

What is your purpose?
