Mental clarity and energy levels at the end of the first day were down, but they’re starting to go up / stabilize.
Every now and then I get a hunger pang when I see one of you post a pizza or steak pic.. but generally feeling good and not like I’m starving.

Luckily I’ve got things to keep me busy. It is kind of crazy how much time I spend cooking / eating normally. Not that I mind, but interesting to think about
It's quite an insightful & freeing experience.
So I can go 3 days without food & I'll barely feel discomfort? It's very empowering to know that your body isn't as fragile as you've been led to believe.
I find breaking a fast the most rewarding part. The sense of gratitude for the nutrients is almost overwhelming. Hunger truly is the best sauce!
