It is good money after all. It helps France export inflation and their products in Africa, allows them to underpay for natural resources, it keeps those 14 African countries in a state of perennial poverty and in need of foreign loans as a rent extracting mechanism and finally prevents them from becoming a manufacturing/processing hub of their own natural resources.
Bottom line is that France is now preparing for a military intervention to save the poor niggers from being free and independent.
