Using #Twitter daily made me feel paranoid that I was being targeted by the so-called "national security state."
Now that I use #Nostr daily, having deleted my Twitter handle, I can finally admit to myself that that paranoia was totally legitimate.

I had all of my Meta accounts banned (both Facebook and Instagram). Why? Not a clue, as they never gave an explanation. But given all that we know about the Twitter Files today, it definitely looks like I was on some kind of ban list

Relatively speaking, I feel much relief behind a nym and VPN than I did with Twitter's assortment of soft KYC and trackers.
