Buckle up, this is a big one.

You didn't choose to be born. You don't know when you're gonna die. You're not gonna be remembered. You're not sure if there's an afterlife. There very likely isn't a God.

And so why should you care about anything? Why should you try to be good and do good in a world where very clearly that's not only not rewarded, but it's harder?
