Let me explain it.
Plebchain is the movement on nostr of following people back.
A zaphaton is a mass zapp donations towards a user.
#plebchain is a hashtag used to identify new comers to #nostr platform .
#zapathon is a period of co-ordinated sending of #zaps to new comers.
This also serves as stress test of the system.
