True. I hear you talk on some spaces and I think you are on the west coast. I am on the east in Playa del Carmen. Some top notch places here to Cancun. A lot of medical tourism. Everything seems to be 50% of the cost compared to the USA. I noticed many docs did their education in the USA as well.
