While there are a lot of big organizations, corporations and powerful individuals influencing the US political landscape. I do not think that anyone has "total control" over the laws and ideas that are put through over there. If george soros had influence over the politics then there wouldnt be a reason for him to pay off huge amounts of people to protest to try and change public opinion.
