Well, looking at it on the surface, didn't they accomplish what a 51% attack would do without hitting the actual 51%? Are we going to ignore the fact that it's an issue until they acquire this magic number? They reorged 6 blocks.
its always been a known issue
that somebody managed to briefly execute an attack isn't cause for action IMO
