I think we are way more gentle in a different language.
And given enough time it makes you more gentle overall.
fear of misinterpretation and loss of familiarity to more deliberate and kind in your own language if that makes sense

Wow! I’ve never looked at it that way. It makes you face public failure at a much higher rate and a very low cost, keeping you humble and empathetic. It explains so much in my personal experience. Thank you for the insight. 🫂
