Today I woke up, got a warm shower. Afterwards I went downstairs and kissed my kids on their foreheads and ruffled up my dogs fur. I'm now stood bare feet on grass writing this. My mind is relaxed for this first time in.. I can't remember.

What I did not do was jump in a pool filled with ice, snort two grams of chia seeds, boil fifteen eggs while doing 8,000 press ups. Then once my eggs are boiled, flexing 4 new yoga posses and reading 20 pages of a book I'm not interested in reading from an author who is the 1,000th author of an Amazon best seller that I've read. I'm not playing a piano with my toes or painting a masterpiece out of tomato ketchup. Nor am I looking for a course to buy that will make me rich in the next 9 minutes.

I'm not sure how to put it in words. Although, it feels like (what I can only assume) an addict would feel like after stopping drugs. I've had this pent up shell of anxiety consuming my body and soul. And it's like the shell has started cracking and breaking away. My mind is relaxed and so is my daily process since I deleted all the other social media apps.
