Use a VPN when using Nostr. Nostr clients by default leak users' IP addresses to relays for everybody to see.

Most privacy-friendly VPN: Mullvad VPN (see note1j8h8al5njuhc54rlndflvfr7g22n8plcglpjumey44q6q4s6thus3hgk2g ). ProtonVPN is also good.

Don’t leave out IVPN, you can pay in btc or XMR and they run their own Btcpayserver so no custodian to leak tx info.
