Yes, esp on nostr:npub1p2psats79rypr8lpnl9t5qdekfp700x660qsgw284xvq4s09lqrqqk3m82 ;)

Cashapp is the only one I know of that let’s you create a nym name and cashtag 👍

💯💯💯 exactly!

I tried using Robosats for the first time over the weekend and found no sellers for my buy order. I was hoping to use the Telegram alert feature after submitting the order via Tor for desktop. nostr:npub1rxysxnjkhrmqd3ey73dp9n5y5yvyzcs64acc9g0k2epcpwwyya4spvhnp8 video guide showed that was an option. An update appears to have removed that feature. Any tips for a workflow that does not involve attentiveness for hours straight at the same machine running Tor? (I tried the Telegram-only bot too but my order has been idle for 4 days)

I have never tried the TG alert.

Couple things, not sure what premium you set, but usually 3% works on a higher buy order and 4-5% works on lower amounts.

Also you can set the length of time you want the order to be up, (up to 24hrs), so I usually set it for 4-6 hrs at a time. Can always reset if you are around longer.

Helps to change your computer sleep settings to Never, and put volume all the way up, because then you won’t miss the bell when an order is taken. The bell is pretty loud.

In case you are in and out the house (and might miss the bell)

it helps to set a timer on your phone every hour to check the order status.

Hope that helps

Thank you, it does

These are great answers

Definitely easier to accept sell orders in my experience. As for telegram, I’m pretty sure Telegram still works, but it might have moved since Ben’s tutorial video was made

I would appreciate some more elaboration on this, but I don't quite know what question to ask.

I have historically used Cash App for an on-ramp. I recently have been hearing more and more about Robosats (and a handful of others) as a method for no-KYC, p2p acquisition. Perhaps that has nothing to do with what you're suggesting here, but why should I spread across platforms?

Thank you for your time.

CashApp as a direct on-ramp (ie buying Bitcoin within the app) would be your kyc method.

You can also use CashApp (or Strike, Revolut, Zelle, etc.) as a way to send money to another individual, as your payment method for them to transfer you some sats p2p.

The reason for spreading out your payment method is to reduce the centralized records of cash transfers. From a privacy perspective, if you’re frequently sending money p2p like this, especially if the receiving end is a “known” sats seller, one could make inferences about your stacking habits.

Hope this helps!

Awesome - thanks for taking the time to explain!

Any time 🫂🫡
