I don't believe that's a thing. Phoenix hasn't added NWC as far as I know.

Not sure about this, but I think if you run phoenixd as a backend for Alby Hub, it will work with NWC https://github.com/getAlby/hub/blob/master/scripts/linux-x86_64/phoenixd/README.md
