Is there such a thing, anymore, as Elevator Music? It is a gag on Airplane 2. When did elevator music exist, stage left?

You're at least Gen X if you remember Muzak. We live in a post-Muzak world. When did that happen?

There are tons of Muzak type bands out now. Budos band, magic in threes, and ikebe shakedown being a few off the top of my head.

Nothing touched Keith Mansfield and the KPM stuff though.
