I wonder how long will it take for AI bots to use AI LLMs to fully recreate a any app out there.

An interface bot can use Twitter while asking LLMs to create a Twitter copy cat. The AI interface bot can keep running until the copy cat is a perfect match of the official app, including performance.

Maybe that will become a new app any of us can use. Each user can decide not trust the code of the official app and use an AI to fully recreate.. reddit for instance.

With Nostr, that makes it even easier since there is no proprietary API for the AI to deal with.

This.

Software clients builds in the hands of the people is a beautiful thing. Want a feature added, get Jarvis on it.

Of course, then we’ll need a FOSS oriented AI agent to review code health and ethics to confirm that the first AI build didn’t do us dirty.

Probably not too long. Being unoriginal just happens to be an LLM's most coveted skill.

Soon

I've been using my own local LLM to this and other things. Trying to get a consistent rythym to have my local LLM talk to public LLM's without doxxing

And I feel I know nothing

Soon we will be abble to ask AI to create any app for any platform. And so if you don't like / don't want to use an app you will just have to ask AI to get your .apk

Will app developers' jobs be at risk?

Defnitly. Why shoudn't they. But there is literly no law or action that could counter this change.

Probably more people need to stop thinking everyone can have a fulltime paid job. But we need to creat societies, where this is not threatening our life.

Twitters moat is not the app, or its interface, but its network effects.

Funny you should ask... this scavenges events proactively in the background and caches into SQL for usable performance across multiple devices
