The live feed shows the activities of various cats in and around the capitol. It was originally started as a combination fund-raiser and test of new technologies. The currenet reincarnation is inteneded to help people cope with increasing hate speach and inflation by 'providing a safe space on the Internet' for everyone to enjoy.
