In this (amazing!) podcast episode, Amiti and I dive into the world of Bitcoin  development.

Amiti Uttarwar is the daughter of Indian immigrants, a veteran of Silicon Valley startups, and a leader in the new movement of software engineers developing open-source money. She is also the first known woman Bitcoin Core contributor.

Crushing it as usual. Next on my list 🤙

Aawww yay!! 🙏❤️ I would love to hear your thoughts on it ☺️

Will do 🤙🫂💜

In my opinion Bitcoin core development has to further decentralize into at least two tracks.

Track 1) Bitcoin Pure. Hardcore Bitcoin. Virtuous Bitcoin. No external scammy elements.

Track 2) Bitcoin other. Questionable external scammy elements. Not really a part of Bitcoin Core. Ordinals etc.

This way the full node operators can choose which track they want to run and support, and switch tracks back and forth if they feel like they need to.

For example, I don't plan on continuing to support ordinals. Or BRC-20 tokens with my full nodes. My opinion might change. The important thing is that Bitcoin loyalist have the choice.

This is the only way to protect Everyone's Bitcoin, and Everyone's savings..🧡
