The 12:45 mark is the 4 bore versus rifle but the whole vid is hilarious. The 4 bore round was caught by the softer armor but pushed the armor into the dummy's chest cavity 💀

I didn't mean body armor. I meant like armored vehicles. "light armor" is a very specific military designation.
