Good to hear. I have chickens but pigeons have a special place in my heart. When I was in college we would go to a nearby stock and trap lots of pigeons for the table. Good meat and good fun. I think we put 60 in the freezer one year. Hardly a dent in the population
I’ve never tried pigeons but looking forward to it. Any good suggestion on cooking them?
