I’ve never orange pilled anyone in person and I’ll ever purple pill anyone in person.
I refuse to try convincing anyone. If they ask, I’ll explain and stop there. The rest is up to them.

I have had very limited success too but will always make an effort towards people I care about.
I explained to family once and that’s as far as I’ll go.
💯 good products and services are expanding without any convincing. We should focus on making Nostr awesome much more.

I tried for the first couple of years and now I'm in the same boat as you.
If they ask me about it, I explain as best I can and leave it at that.
As soon as they start arguing, I suggest they read a book.
Most people don't read, so that's where it ends 🤣
I just say, "it's getting more valuable as a technology and is a great investment". Rest is up to them
