It's not thst there isn't a credible possibility of a future health emergency, but the more salient point is that vaccine rollouts with rushed safety testing is likely to cause (too) many adverse events.
This is a gift to Big Pharma as one of the final acts of the biden administration, which will probably give the D congresscritters a small but welcome Christmas bonus to their voluminous stock portfolios.
