People who complain about not getting perfect first layers on the Prusa XL, wtf are you doing?

My Prusa is jacked up. I don’t know what to do with it. I’ve spent dozens of hours calibrating, adjusting, replacing nozzles, I’m just getting sick of dealing with it.
Isn’t there like some 3D Printer mechanic in town I can take it to and just say: “fix it”?
Which model is yours? Depending on your location, I'm sure you can find someone who'd be willing to help. I'd say come over if you're near me but I guess the chance is slim. I'm in Austria.
