I believe that salaries will be high as the most qualified in the world will be incentivized to do 30 years of work in 5 or set up processes to need far less unskilled workers.

Probably just stay the same. Never have to ask for a raise. Equipment, supplies, materials, all go down in price, and so do the prices your vendors charge, and same for your prices, as a result.
