Hayfever sufferer here so I feel ya. Now, this might be too controversial for a lot of people here to accept, but a facemask actually works well in blocking pollen (tree pollen for me) and alleviates the symptoms quite rapidly. Whether you’d be willing to wear one in public is a different matter 😅

It is an acceptable practice now a days, i did find it didn’t do much for me but maybe i needed an N95. I will try tonight out in the field
I also cut one down to just cover my nose 🤣 Pollen is typically large than a virus, that I do know. Worked for me but I looked like an idiot with my “nose mask.”
