My wife made her first tomato pie last summer. It was good but not great. She is a fantastic cook and was talking about trying to make another one now that tomatoes are coming in strong. The recipe she used did not look anything like yours. Would you mind sharing your recipe or passing along some tips?

She can read it here. I am not a tarragon fan so my next one won't have as much. I used the Jersey Devil tomatoes, great taste. Could just be the tomato choice.
