...no, I buy my meat ground from my butcher down the street, it comes wrapped in butcher paper in 3 lb packages. I add the dry & wet ingredients to the mix per 1 lb and mix it in with a heavy-duty stainless potato masher so that it doesn't get warmed up with my hands. Then I wrap it and chill it in the fridge for about an hou to marinate, then roll it out between the parchment sheets and score it with the back of a knife.
